Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and distance from the warehouse to your home. Charges can be seen during the checkout process. Some products are available to be shipped free to a business or at a reduced cost. Prices are reflected at the time you check out on our website.
If you are placing your order by phone, ask your flooring representative if your product is available for business shipping at a reduced cost. The place of business the flooring is being shipped to must have a loading dock and or forklift available onsite.
Shipping lead time is 10-14 days for typical orders, and 14-28 days for special order products. All delivery times are estimates. You should not schedule installation until you receive the product.
Yes, we offer expedited shipping based on product availability.
Samples can be ordered on our website by simply selecting the product that you are interested in. You will be directed to our product page where you will have the option to add the product to your shopping cart or to click the order sample button. You can order samples for $15.00 with free shipping. Once you order your samples you will receive a $15.00 credit toward your flooring purchase.

Yes. The person picking up the merchandise will need your reference number provided to you in your order confirmation email. Additionally, they must provide a valid Government ID prior to the warehouse or terminal pick-up location releasing your merchandise.
You have 14 days maximum storage from the date the product is available. If the product is not picked up within the 14 days, you will begin to incur storage fees imposed by the manufacturer. Storage fees imposed by the manufacturer/distributor or Freight Terminal location may vary.
Taking into consideration the many variable in shipping, we strongly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until after you received your order in its entirety. Manufacturer times, weather, supply-demand conditions and replacement shipping for damaged items are just some of the instances that may delay your order. Please schedule your install to ensure you have allocated enough time to receive your order. We cannot be held liable for failure to meet scheduled install dates due to delivery. Delivery dates are approximate and as such, cannot be promised under any circumstances.
